The Cheat Menu was created with balance in mind. I, the owner and operator of this site, am a certified health coach and fitness enthusiast. I know the importance of cheating on one's diet. What I mean by that is I have a deep understanding of how the body and mind work.
Many clients come to me thinking that getting in shape means living a completely rigid lifestyle. It's the exact opposite. Living a healthy lifestyle actually means reducing as much stress as possible, and actually LIVING life. That is why this site was created. The Cheat Menu is all about "cheating" on this concept of getting in shape through extreme deprivation and overtraining.
Now there is definitely a WRONG way to cheat on your diet, health and fitness. And that is another reason why I decided to create this blog. Yes, you should over indulge every now and then. No, you shouldn't do it EVERYDAY!
